• Managed over 30 Rental properties in Vancouver Washington and owned over 22 Investment  properties in Clark County.

• Experience buying homes at the Auction in Vancouver as well as foreclosed homes in Clark County. Buying foreclosed homes, buying fixer upper homes and flipping homes.

• Award Winning Designer 4 years in a row (2006-2009) from Clark County Home Builder Association for Master planned communities Home Designs of Town Homes and Patio Homes.
